Shipping

Shipping is EU-wide, delivery time is 5-7 working days (DE) and 7-10 working days (EU) after receipt of payment. Payment received by bank transfer can vary 3-5 working days depending on the bank. Shipping to non-EU countries can take another 10-30 days.

Decals are sent directly from our partner and usually come separately. Therefore, the total order is not based on the delivery time of the respective decor.

Articles on reorder have a delivery time of 14-21 days and are always indicated during the ordering process with the text: “Available, delivery time 14-21 days” or in the shopping cart with “Available with subsequent delivery”. In the e-mail of the order confirmation, it is also displayed for the article with the text “In the backorder: 1”.

Prepayment / bank transfer If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will give you our bank details after the purchase and in a separate email. After receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation email and the goods will be dispatched. The order is reserved for 14 days.

PayPal / PayPal Express In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. You’ll get more information during the ordering process. PayPal payments that were not completed correctly (status “Payment pending”) will be automatically canceled within 24 hours. Credit card payment During the ordering process, the card number, the card verification number and the expiry date of the card are queried directly in the cash register. Your credit card data is processed via a secure connection. When the order is placed, your card account will be debited with the invoice amount.

SOFORT transfer (Germany and Austria only) The immediate transfer takes place directly through your bank and your account. If you have selected Sofortüberweisung for the type of payment, you will be forwarded directly to an online transfer form. Your data will be taken over immediately, you just have to enter your bank code and your access data. Then you release the transfer with a TAN. The data is encrypted and passed on to your bank and the transfer is carried out. We immediately receive a confirmation that the transfer was carried out in real time. Your order can then be carried out immediately and prepared for the dispatched.
