In the case of defective goods, briefly explain the defect to us in the email and, if possible, attach a picture. The process will then be processed immediately.
If the goods are in stock, they can be exchanged on request. The customer bears the return and delivery costs. If the product is not available in the respective exchange size or color, you can simply reorder it at the next shop opening at the latest. If there is an error on our part, HAISL will bear the additional return and delivery costs.

Personalized or hyghiene items are non-returnable. These include decors, masks, sublimation-personalized clothing and laser-engraved parts. If there is again an error on our part, then this can be explained by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
